Jack Edward Neuman, 70, of Kerrville, passed away on November 6, 2014 in Griffin, Georgia. He was born in Kerrville to Otis and Polly Neuman on October 15, 1944. He married Sharon Wilkerson Neuman on September 26, 1970 in Kerrville.\r\n \r\nJack attended Tivy High School and Schreiner Institute in Kerrville, Texas. He worked as a letter carrier for the US Postal Service for 27 years also in Kerrville. He served in the Air Force during the Vietnam conflict. He was an active member of Junction Highway Church of Christ.\r\n \r\nJack is preceded in death by his parents, Otis and Polly Neuman, and his sisters, Peggy and Loree Neuman.\r\n \r\nJack is survived by his wife, Sharon. Children: daughter, Jana Hall and her husband Chip; son, James; and son, Marc, his wife Amanda and grandson, Micah. Brother, Jerry and wife Bobbielee Neuman.\r\n \r\nVisitation will be from 5 to 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 12 at Grimes Funeral Chapels in Kerrville.\r\n \r\nFuneral services will be held at 1 pm on Thursday, November 13 at Grimes Funeral Chapels in Kerrville with John Evans and Dan Gatlin officiating. Burial will be at Hext Cemetery in Hext, Texas.\r\n \r\nPallbearers will be Robert Neuman, Larry Huesser, Bill Moffet, Mickey Chandler, Andy Wilkerson, and David Parrish.\r\n \r\nMemorials may be given to the charity of one's choice.\r\n \r\n[contact-form-7 id="73" title="Send Condolences"]\r\n
