Jack Martin McDonald, of Bandera, passed from this life at a San Antonio hospital on May 29, 2018. \r\n\r\nHe had been in failing health for the past several years and had lived at Alpine Terrace in Kerrville for the past two years. \r\n\r\nJack was 71 years old, born January 29, 1947 in Del Rio, TX. He worked most of his life as a vehicle mechanic. He and his wife, Glenda, owned and operated K & M Automotive in Bandera.\r\n\r\nJack was a member of Bandera United Methodist Church and was proud to have attended a Walk to Emmaus at Mt. Wesley in Kerrville.\r\n\r\nHe leaves behind his wife of 31 years, Glenda Ritcheson McDonald; three sons, Bobby and Billy McDonald of Ingram, and Bryan Grant of Bandera; and several grandchildren. His parents, Sam and Grace, and a son, Eddie, preceded him in death.\r\n\r\nHe will be missed by his family and many friends.\r\n\r\nA memorial service will be held at Bandera United Methodist Church at 10:30 a.m. on June 22, 2018. Interment will follow at a later date.\r\n
