Henry Garces

Henry Rodriguez Garces, age 54 of Kerrville, passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2015 in a local hospital. He was born November 28, 1960 in Knox City, TX to Pedro and Josephine (Rodriguez) Garces. \r\n \r\nHenry was a member of Notre Dame Catholic Church and was a carpenter. He loved to barbeque, play his music-the "Blues," drink and tell jokes. His pride was spending time with his family. He will be loved and missed by all.\r\n \r\nSurvivors include wife, Frances of Kerrville; sons, Arthur Reyes of Uvalde, Henry Garces Jr. and wife, Jennifer, David Garces and wife, Debbie and Albert Garces and wife, Yvette, all of Kerrville; sisters, Virginia Castillo and Lucy Aguirre, both of Kerrville; brothers, Daniel Garces and Jerry Garces, both of Kerrville; 6 grandsons; 6 granddaughters; and numerous nieces and nephews.\r\n \r\nA prayer service will be held Friday, August 28, 2015, 7 PM at Grimes Funeral Chapels.\r\n \r\nServices will be held Saturday, August 29, 2015, 10 AM at Grimes Funeral Chapels, officiated by Rev. Daniel Garces. Interment will follow at Guadalupe Cemetery.\r\n \r\nIn lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.\r\n
