Helen Espinoza of Pipe Creek, Texas died August 3, 2019 in San Antonio, Texas.\r\n\r\nThe blessing of Elena (Helen) was first given to Filomeno (Meno)and Consuelo (Chelo) Moya on April 17, 1943. She passed 76 years later on August 3, 2019 in a San Antonio, Texas hospital with her adult children by her side. \r\nShe met her first and only true love Enrique (Henry) Espinoza and married on August 22, 1959. Helen was preceded in death by her parents Meno and Chelo Moya, a brother Humberto Moya, a child daughter Irma Espinoza and her husband Henry Espinoza. She is survived by her children Ric Espinoza, Eli Espinoza, Sylvia (Ed) Espinoza, Cindy (James) Stoufflet, and Eddie Espinoza. She also is survived by her siblings Julie Vaccaro Rice, Vera (Ben) Calderon, Irene (Ray) Sanchez and Dora Rushing. Helen had 4 grandchildren (Star Rodriguez, Jesse Stoufflet, Jonathan Stoufflet and Cassie Kirk), 3 great grandchildren (Hudson Hill, Brooklyn Kirk and Bryant Kirk). Helen had one fur-baby, Chewy.\r\nHelen worked at home most of her adult life providing for her family. She loved to keep a clean and beautifully decorated home and was befriended by people wherever she went. She was a great cook and always made plenty in case friends dropped by on a Sunday afternoon. She was a member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church and participated in church events until her health started to fail her. \r\nHelen will be truly missed by her family and friends.\r\n\r\nThere will be a visitation from 5:00- 7:00 pm and a rosary beginning at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at Grimes Funeral Chapels of Bandera, Texas. \r\nFuneral Services will be Thursday, August 8, 2019 at 10:00 AM at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church. Interment following at New St. Stanislaus Catholic Cemetery.
