Gwendolyn Brandt Qualls

Gwendolyn Mae Brandt Qualls 83, of Mercedes, Texas, passed away on February 25, 2025, in San Antonio, Texas. She was born La Faria, Texas to Louis August Conrad Brandt and Helen Eloise McCully on July 31, 1941.

She Married James Jack Qualls on November 24, 1965, in San Antonio, Texas. She worked as a Music Teacher for Bandera Independent School District for 21 years. Gwendolyn Mae Brandt Qualls is preceded in death by to Louis August Conrad Brandt, Helen Eloise McCully, and James Jack Qualls.

Gwendolyn Mae Brandt Qualls is survived by her son Andrew Jameson Qualls, his wife Jessica Lynn Anderson Qualls and their children Samantha Alexis Qualls and Alexander Anderson Qualls.

Visitation will be at 10am March 15, 2025, at Bandera Funeral Chapel, followed by Funeral Services at 11am, with Pastor Mark Caronna officiating. Burial to follow at Pipe Creek Cemetery.
