Gloria Jean Hahne Kramer, age 78 of Kerrville, passed away Thursday, October 4, 2018 at her residence. She was born on March 8, 1940 on the family farm in the Cave Creek community in Gillespie County 10 miles east of Fredericksburg, Texas. She was the youngest child of Max E. and Selma Grobe Hahne. She was of the Lutheran faith, being baptized on June 29, 1940 and confirmed on March 29, 1953 by the Rev. Otto Lindenberg at Holy Ghost Lutheran Church in Fredericksburg. On October 2, 1960, she was united in marriage to Clarence A. Kramer from Mountain Home by the Rev. LJ Durkop in Fredericksburg. Gloria and Clarence were members of Zion Lutheran Church in Kerrville. Together they lived in the Mountain Home community until 1987 when they purchased a home closer to Kerrville. Together they continued to enjoy their ranch in West Kerr County until the death of Clarence on July 22, 2014. \r\n\r\nGloria's great love and desire to become an organist blossomed when she found her devoted teacher, Dorothy Hamilton. She served as the Wednesday organist for the First Church of Christian Science in Kerrville. She worked for many years as an accountant/bookkeeper at Hill Country Youth Ranch in Ingram. She also was a Texas Real Estate Broker.\r\n\r\nIn addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her sister, Lola Ahrens and only brother, Curtis Hahne both of Fredericksburg.\r\n\r\nShe is survived by three daughters and spouses, Sharon and George Constantinides of Mountain Home, Brenda and Shane Drazic of Rankin, and Tanya and Sean Hodges of New Braunfels; grandchildren, Jason and Jennifer Van Dyken, Tammy and Billy Herbst, Shawn Drazic, Mathew and Shawna Drazic, Mary Drazic, Kyla Hodges and Raiden Hodges; great-grandchildren, Katelyn Van Dyken, Michaela Van Dyken and Dylan Drazic; special friend and companion, Robert Hardman; sister, Dorothy Maurer of Fredericksburg; brothers-in-law, Ell Kramer of Fredericksburg and Clarence Stahl of Fredericksburg.\r\n\r\nServices will be held at 11 AM, Saturday, October 6, 2018 at Zion Lutheran Church in Kerrville. Interment will follow at Sunset Cemetery in Mountain Home.\r\n\r\n
