George Jeffery

George Philip Jeffery, 61, of Boerne, Texas, passed away on May 4, 2017 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born in Houston, Texas, March 9,1956 to Leonard D. Jeffery and Geane Alida (Brogniez) Jeffery.\r\n \r\nHe attended elementary school at The American School in The Hague, Netherlands and graduated from Westchester High School, Houston, Texas. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mathematics from University of Saint Thomas. He was an active member of Saint Helena's Episcopal Church in Boerne, Texas.\r\n \r\nHe has been with The University of Texas San Antonio for 25 years most recently as the Data/Reporting Manager in the Office of the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs.\r\n \r\nGeorge is preceded in death by his mother, Geane Alida Jeffery, older brother, Leonard Chapman Jeffery and his nephew, Jeffery James Milne.\r\n \r\nGeorge is survived by his older sister, Alida Marie Jeffery Milne and husband James L. Milne, sister-in-law, Sheryl Jeffery Roller, father, Leonard D. Jeffery, niece, Rebecca Milne Davis and her husband, Ross M. Davis and their 4 children, niece, Shannan Jeffery Walter and her husband, Tracy Walter and their 3 children, daughter-in-law and granddaughter, nephew Michael Jeffery and his daughter.\r\n \r\nFuneral Services will be held 10:00 AM Tuesday May 23, 2017 at Saint Helena's Episcopal Church, Boerne, Texas with Bishop James E. Foltz officiating.\r\n \r\nMemorials may be given to Saint Helena's Episcopal Church Memorial Fund, the American Heart Association or a fund of your choice.\r\n
