Gene H. Fee, 86, of Bandera, passed away on April 10, 2015 in San Antonio. He was born in Bandera, Texas to George and Ila Fee on Sefptember 25, 1928.\r\n\r\nGene worked for Mooney Aircraft as a sheet metal fabricator. He enjoyed eating and talking politics with anyone that would listen and never met a stranger. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed hunting as well.Gene took an active interest in highschool FFA and showed calves in the San Antonio and Houston Livestock Show.\r\n\r\nHe is preceded in death by his three sisters.\r\n\r\nGene is survived by his step daughter, Janice Vantassel of Fredericksburg, TX: brother, Wayne Fee of Fort Worth, TX.\r\n\r\nA visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, April 15, 2015, at Grimes Funeral Chapels of Bandera.\r\n\r\nFuneral services will be held at 11AM, Thursday, April 16, 2015 at Grimes Funeral Chapels of Bandera. Burial will follow at Bandera Cemetery. Officiates are Pastor David Collett and Pastor Larry Taylor.\r\n\r\nPallbearers will be Mike Burns, Mark Clendon, Mark Hargrove, Frank Ray Krischgraber, Mathew Hoffman, Phil Tobin, Sonny Tanksley and Jim Wilburn. \r\n\r\n[contact-form-7 id="73" title="Send Condolences"]
