Frederick Holden

Fred Holden passed on Monday, December 24, 2018 at the age of 78. Born in Boonville, Missouri to Ralph and Geraldene Holden, he was married to Kathleen Purdon in 1961 in Parsons, Kansas.\r\n \r\nHe attended Parsons Junior College and graduated from Gupton Jones School of Mortuary Science. Fred spent many years as a Hospital Administrator and Risk Manager here in Texas. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus.\r\n \r\nFred is survived by wife, Kathleen Holden; children, Jean Holden and Fred Holden Jr. of San Antonio; brother, Stan Holden and sister, Lois Holden.\r\n \r\nFuneral services to be announced.\r\n \r\nMemorials may be given to the American Heart Association and American Diabetes Association.\r\n\r\nThe Holden family wishes to extend our sincere thanks to the Alpine Care Center and Alamo Hospice staff.\r\n
