Felix "Boy" Lopez Ramirez, age 67, loving dad, grandfather, brother, nephew and friend, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 in a San Antonio hospital.\r\n \r\nHe was born on July 29, 1947 in Kerrville, Texas to Felix and Vickie Ramirez. He was a native of Kerrville and worked for the Tortilla Factory (Torres) Restaurant for almost 40 years until it closed. He then went to work for Kerrville State Hospital.\r\n \r\nFamily and friends will remember him as a loving, loyal, kind and giving man. He will be missed by all.\r\n \r\nFelix "Boy" was preceded in death by his parents, Felix and Vickie Ramirez; and brother, Joe "Pepe" Ramirez.\r\n \r\nSurvivors include his four children, Eric Ramirez (Priscilla), Jennifer De La Rosa (Joe), Krystal Mata (Oscar), and Christian Prado. He was blessed with seven wonderful grandchildren. Additionally he is survived by five sisters, Mary Mejia (Felix), Sofia Rendon (Martin), Josie Ramirez (Ray), Stella Metting (Mark), and Eva Ramirez (Sam); and three brothers, Paul Ramirez (Silvia), Danny Ramirez, and Armando Ramirez (Olga).\r\n \r\nRosary and Visitation will be at 6 PM, Friday, May 22, 2015 at Grimes Funeral Chapels officiated by Deacon Jimmy Bill.\r\n \r\nMass will be held at 9:30 AM, Saturday, May 23, 2015 at Notre Dame Catholic Church with Father Gustavo Montanez as celebrant. Burial will follow at Guadalupe Cemetery\r\n \r\nMemorials may be given to Notre Dame Catholic Church, The Kidney Foundation or the charity of one's choice.\r\n \r\n[contact-form-7 id="73" title="Send Condolences"]
