Elizabeth "Bitsy" Ann Bowman Christal went home to join the Lord December 4, 2015.\r\n\r\nWe knew her as a mother, sister, friend and a great person. Bitsy's distinguished career included 30 years in the banking industry, including the F.D.I.C. Bitsy was unique in life, she lived out loud! She loved her family and friends unconditionally. and will be missed by all those that knew her. \r\n\r\nBitsy is proceeded in death by her mother, Jeanne Reed Bowman. \r\n\r\nShe is survived by her parents, Bill and Micki Bowman; three children, Chris Christal, Kelly Christal, and Sarah Parchem, and her husband Matt Parchem; siblings, Kym Lifshutz, Billy Bowman, Kari Bowman, Michele Hamilton and in-laws Vicky Bowman, Kathy Francis, and Gil Rumstein; nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles will miss her. \r\n\r\nBitsy's life will be celebrated at Poteau United Methodist Church, December 12, 2015 at 2pm at 109 S Harper Street, Poteau, Oklahoma. Burial to follow at Oakland Cemetery, 1401 S McKenna St, Poteau, OK.
