Elia Trigo

Elia "Ellie" Dora Trigo was called to God on Monday, December 3, 2018. Elia was born in Seguin, Texas on May 18, 1940 to the late Julian Flores, Sr. and Filomena Flores. Elia raised her family in San Antonio, Texas and eventually moved to Kerrville. \r\n\r\nShe is survived by her husband, Steve Trigo; daughters, D'Ann Ramirez (Rick), Barbara Nemec (Ed), and Linda Arrellano; grandchildren, Henry Santos, Dezi Rios (Lisa), Nathan Rios, Brittany Clark (JohnL, III), Fidel Arrellano, Jr. (Monique-fiancée), and Cassandra Arrellano; great-grandchildren, Jayden Rios, Joshua Rios, Amalia Arrellano, Fidel Arrellano, III, and JohnL Clark, IV, Randy Magallanes and Braulio Magallanes; brothers and sisters, Julian Flores, Jr., Virginia Castilleja, Lydia Natal (Alex), and Amado Flores (Grace); brother-in-law, Jose Cabello; and numerous nieces and nephews.\r\n\r\nShe was predeceased by her brother and sister, Juan (Toby) G. Flores and Tomasa (Tommie) Cabello. \r\n\r\nElia valued God, family and friends. She treasured her late Chihuahua Sunday and had a special place in her heart for all dogs. She enjoyed cooking, dancing, reading and puzzles, as well as traveling to casinos. \r\n\r\nViewing and Rosary will be held on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at Grimes Funeral Chapels, 728 Jefferson Street, Kerrville, Texas. Viewing will be from 1:00 p.m-5:00 p.m. and Rosary will be at 6 p.m. \r\n\r\nMass will be held at 9:30 AM, Thursday, December 6, 2018 at Notre Dame Catholic Church, 909 Main Street, Kerrville, Texas.\r\n\r\nThe family greatly appreciates all the support and care that was provided by Peterson Hospice. \r\n\r\nIn lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Peterson Hospice or Notre Dame Catholic Church.\r\n\r\n
