Elaine Marie Swigart, 82 of Kerrville, TX passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at her residence. \r\n \r\nShe was born January 13, 1934 to the late Fred and Rita (White) Bulleigh in Aurora, KS. Elaine graduated from Concordia High School in Concordia, KS. Elaine was an Air Force housewife for 20 years. Carl and Elaine retired from the Air Force in 1974.\r\n \r\nElaine loved to travel the world with her beloved husband of 56 years. They lived in Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium and Greece before moving to Kerrville, TX\r\n \r\nElaine is survived by her daughter, Deb (John) Leslie of Olathe, KS; grandkids, Courtney Keller and Chad (Amy) Leslie of Olathe, KS, Kristen (Colton) Tatham of Glenview, IL, Tommy (Angie) Leslie of Lee's Summit, MO, Chris Leslie of Pleasant Hill, MO; great-grandkids, Tyler, Spencer and Brody Leslie; siblings, Gerald (Diane) Bulleigh of Bullhead AZ, Verlene Blocklinger of Concordia, KS, Velda Smith of Springhill, FL; sister-in-law, Nola (Dale) Steinert of Kerrville, TX; brothers-in-law, Wayne Swigart of Great Bend, KS and Harold Loveland of Miltonvale, KS.\r\n \r\nElaine was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Carl; her daughter and son-in-law, Tammie (Terry) VandeVelde; sister, Eloise Loveland; sister-in-law and husband, Carla (John) Alderson; sister-in-law, Jean Swigart of Great Bend, KS; and brother-in-law, Don Blocklinger of Concordia, KS.\r\n \r\nGraveside services will be held 9 AM, Saturday, November 19, 2016 at Garden of Memories Cemetery.\r\n \r\nIn lieu of flowers, contributions in her name can be made to Peterson Hospice Care.\r\n
