Edward Ghiz

Edward Michael Ghiz, 57, of Kerrville, TX, passed away on February 13, 2017. He was born in Phoenix, AZ to George and Sally Ghiz on June 16, 1959. He was married to Kathryn Jean Tesch who he dearly loved.\r\n \r\nEdward was passionate about his life and lived it to the fullest. He had a love for riding Harleys with his wife and being out in God's beautiful Hill Country. He loved his Dachshunds, the beloved Dallas Cowboys and experiencing the joy of being a Giddo (Grandpa). Those who were able to meet Edward know the impact he leaves with you. His forward, charming and loving personality made this easy to love him.\r\n \r\nOne thing Edward never fell short of was his strong minded and "focused" work ethic with an unparalleled desire to succeed. He built his business with a simple philosophy of always doing the right thing and always with the highest integrity.\r\n \r\nEdward is preceded in death by his beloved mother, Sally Lou and his father, George James Ghiz.\r\n \r\nEdward is survived by his wife, Kathryn Tesch Ghiz; his children, David James, Jonathan Michael and his wife, Sharmayne; his grandchildren, Mason and Malaya; brothers, George, Buzz and David; sisters, Jazelle and her husband, Ellzey and Aryelle and her husband, Roger.\r\n \r\nVisitation will be Thursday, February 16 from 11 AM-1 PM at Grimes Funeral Chapels. Edward's final resting place will be in Phoenix, AZ near his mother and father.\r\n \r\nMay he rest in peace AAFA (Always and Forever Amen).\r\n
