Dr. Lipe

Dr. Bill Lipe, 71, of Kerrville, TX, passed away on Monday, February 9, 2015 in San Antonio, TX. Bill was born in Claremore, OK, to Clark and Sarah Lipe on August 30, 1943. He married Barbara Conn on June 14, 1969 in Oklahoma City.\r\n \r\nBill attended the University of Oklahoma for his undergraduate studies and later graduated from the University of Oklahoma School of Medicine in 1969. He was a Radiologist with Radiology Consultants of Tulsa for 36 years. \r\n \r\nBill passionately followed his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and served His church as an elder, teacher, and member at Kerrville Bible Church. Bill enjoyed spending time with his three children and their families, traveling with his wife, golfing, fishing, and being outdoors as much as possible.\r\n \r\nBill was preceded in death by his father Clark, mother Sarah, and younger brother Casper.\r\n \r\nBill is survived by Barbara, his loving wife of 45 years, his son Keith and wife Kaitlin, their children Madelyn, Logan, Brenna, Lucy; daughter Dr. Julia Humphrey and husband Brian, their children William, Emilie, Christopher, Sydney; and daughter Betsy Contreras and husband Eric and their daughter Callie. He is also survived by older brother Clark Lipe.\r\n \r\nA celebration of life service will be held at Kerrville Bible Church on Friday, February 13, 2015 at 11 AM.
