Doris Nell Wilson

Doris Nell Wilson (Hyde), 70, of Bandera Texas, passed away on January 8th, 2024, in San Antonio Tx. She was born in Bandera Tx, to Warren Hyde and Jo Nell Denison-Hyde Cox on January 21, 1953.

She attended school in Bandera Tx and graduated from Bandera High School in 1971. She went to nursing school and graduated from UTHSC School of Nursing in 1991, then went to graduate from Phoenix Online in 2006 with a MSN/MBA. She worked as a Nurse for many different companies for 32 yrs. In 2019, she retired to a life playing with her grandkids.

Doris is preceded in death by Jo Nell Denson-Hyde Cox, Warren Hyde, Edith Olive Tilley-Denson, Howard Winters Denson.

She is survived by her children, Sandi Wilson, Jennifer Bunch and her husband Robert Bunch, Howard Wilson, Daughter in Law Erika Wilson. Stepsisters, Lana Schaefer Gillespie Zuehl and Shirlene Appelt. Grandchildren, Gabriella Delilah K Wilson, Genavieve Raylynn Blaise Wilson, Mason Lee Warren Bunch, Levi Bunch, Lilly Mae Diane Bunch, and numerous extended family members and many treasured friends.

Visitation will be held on January 18, 2024, between 5pm-7pm at the Grimes Bandera Funeral Chapel.

Funeral services will be held 10 am, January 19, 2024, at Grimes Bandera Funeral Chapel with the burial follow at Bandera Cemetery.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Grimes Bandera Funeral Chapel.
