Donna Kay Nagy of Kerrville, TX passed away suddenly on January 31st, 2015. She was born on August 22, 1943 in Kane, PA to J. William "Bill" Kay and Jean (Baker) Kay. She was raised in Youngsville, PA and lived in Sanborn - Niagara Falls, NY, where she rode snowmobiles and cheered her sons on at hockey games. She then moved to Ohio in 1978 where she attended Kent State University and worked at Truckman Corporation in Geneva, OH until her retirement when she moved to Kerrville, TX to be near and care for her parents.\r\n\r\nShe greatly loved and adored her children and grandchildren. Donna enjoyed bowling, reading, Sudoku, crossword puzzles, camping, and cooking for her extended family. She loved traveling throughout the United States in her RV with her husband, Steve. When she wasn't traveling, she enjoyed helping out at festivities in her Rio Robles community.\r\n\r\nShe is survived by her husband, Steve Nagy of Kerrville; sister, Diane (Michael) Becotte of Ambler, PA; brother, Robert Kay of Ann Arbor, MI; son, Michael (Cindy) McAllister of Mineral, VA; son, Jim (Joan) McAllister of Chardon, OH; step-son, Steve (Trishia) Nagy III; step-daughter, Tina (Mike) Shuttleworth; 7 grandchildren, Clinton Daniel McAllister, Mitchell and Matthew McAllister, Ricky (Tia) Plunkett, Brittany (David) Custard, Kyle and Miki Shuttleworth; and 5 great-grandchildren, Caleb, Nolyn, Calvin, Dylan and Harrison.\r\n\r\nShe was preceded in death by her mother, Jean Kay in 2010 and her father, William Kay in 2011.\r\n\r\nA Celebration of Donna's life will be held on Friday, February 6, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at the Rio Robles Community Center in Kerrville. \r\n\r\nThe family suggests memorial contributions be sent in her name to University Hospital Seidman Cancer Center, Cleveland, Ohio. \r\n\r\n[contact-form-7 id="73" title="Send Condolences"]
