Dennis Land

Dennis Dale Land, age 65 of Harper, passed away Tuesday, January 22, 2019 in Kerrville. He was born July 31, 1953 in Junction to Lester F. Land and Alma (Oehler) Land. On October 10, 1994, he married Caroline Ann Scherder.\r\n\r\nDennis retired from DPS where he worked in Narcotics. He was a member of Harper Methodist Church.\r\n\r\nDennis loved his family. He also loved to ranch, play Dominoes and 42 but loved God above everything else.\r\n\r\nSurvivors include wife, Caroline Land of Harper; son, Dennis Michael Land (Payden) of Abilene; brother, Larry Land (Marty) of Austin; sisters, Judy Land Cook (Richard) of Idabel, Oklahoma and Linda Land Rotge (James) of Harper.\r\n \r\nMemorial services will be held at 11 AM, Monday, January 28, 2019 at Junction Methodist Church officiated by Rev. Neil Mathews, Rev. Keith Simpson, Rev. Cole Farmer and Rev. Brian Land.\r\n\r\n
