Deloris Jo Clark was born on November 25, 1943 in Eastland, Texas to her parents Henry A. Garrett and Birdie Inez Garrett. She went to her final resting place on December 9, 2018 at the age of 75, joining her parents, her three brothers and one sister and her husband of 57 years.\r\n\r\nShe is survived by her two sons, James E. Clark and wife Lavanda of Bouse, Arizona and Darrell J. Clark and his wife Sheila of Bandera, Texas along with seven grandchildren; Destiny, Jamie, Darrell, Branden, Jessica, Sydney and Tiffany and seven great-grandchildren and her nieces and nephews.\r\n\r\nIn 1961, she met and married her husband in Needles, California, soon after moved to Barstow, California where they raised their two sons. Mom enjoyed crocheting, quilting and making dresses that she wore in the Old Calico Ghost Town, where they participated in the reenactments of the old west.\r\n\r\nWhen they retired they decided to come back to Texas and put up the residency in Tarpley, Texas. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.\r\n\r\nA Graveside Service will be Friday, January 4, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, 1520 Wurzbach Rd, San Antonio, Texas 78209
