Dalton Edward Crouch, 89 of Kerrville, TX passed away on March 13, 2016 in Kerrville. He was born in Edna, TX to Rufus and Lowell Crouch on July 20, 1926. He married Daisy Moss in 1966 in Kerrville, TX.\r\n He went to school in Denhawken, TX and graduated from Denhawken School. He was an asbestos insulator for 30 years. He was a veteran of World War II serving in the army and was awarded numerous medals.\r\n Dalton is preceded in death by his parents, Rufus and Lowell Crouch, his brother, Calvin Crouch and his wife, Daisy Crouch, brother & sister in law, Ellen & Frank Felts.\r\n Dalton is survived by two daughters, Loretta Carpenter & Connie Land; two sons, Mark & Larry Crouch; grandsons, C.J. Land & wife, Rachael & Shane Carpenter; granddaughters, Kelley Melcher & husband, Jay and Kristen Ray & husband, Lee. Great grandchildren are Kaitlyn Melcher, Grayson Ray, Allisyn Melcher, Makaela Ray, Dylan Carpenter, Lillie Ray, Mitchell Carpenter and Nate Carpenter. He is also survived by nephews Tom Crouch and wife, Dorothy, Marvin Moss and children, Ryan, Ashlee and Leann, Walter Felts, Ed Felts & children, Cavin & Brielle, Michael Felts & wife, Jackie & children, Jessica, Baley & Brooke; nieces, Ann Moss & Gina Felts Frenzel & husband, Tom & daughter, Valerie and brother-in-law, Bo Moss and wife, Marvel.\r\n Visitation will be Friday, March 18, 2016 at Grimes Funeral Chapels in Kerrville.\r\n Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at Grimes Funeral Chapels with the Rev. Bill Moseley officiating. Burial will be Monday, March 21, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Sunset Memorial Park in San Antonio, TX.\r\n The family of Dalton Crouch wishes to extend our sincere thanks to the staff of Peterson Regional Medical Center.\r\n
