Cynthia Sheehn-McComber passed away at her home in Pipe Creek, Texas after a courageous battle with cancer on Sunday, March 31, 2019. She was 61 years old. \r\n\r\nCynthia was born May 5, 1957 in Dearborn, Michigan to Nancy Jane Sherwood Sheehn and Adolph P. Sheehn. She had a long and rewarding career with Christus Santa Rosa.\r\n\r\nSurvivors include her husband of 26 years, Richard K. McComber who was a constant source of encouragement throughout her illness. Cynthia and Richard were parents to daughters Catherine Lodico and Nina Lodico Parks and son Thomas McComber. She is also survived by her sister Alberta Cartwell, brother Jeremy Sheehn, 2 grandchildren and several other extended family members, neighbors, co-workers who were like family and treasured friends. Cynthia was a real inspiration.\r\n\r\nCynthia will be available for visitation on Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at Grimes Funeral Chapels of Bandera from 2:00 PM until 7:00 PM.\r\n\r\nA service to celebrate her life will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Grimes Funeral Chapels of Bandera.
