Clyde Lee Pugh, age 85, of Kerrville, Texas, died on Sunday, May 24, 2015, at a Kerrville nursing center. Clyde was born on November 20, 1929, in West Columbia, Texas, to Jessie Calvin Pugh, Sr. and Kizzie Patterson Pugh. \r\n\r\nMr. Pugh was a retired Raw Materials Analyst. He married Glenda Wix on November 21, 1959, in West Columbia, Texas. They celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary this past November.\r\n\r\nPugh proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was a member of Trinity Baptist Church and was a devoted Christian man. He loved to attend church and sing in the choir. Family was very important to Clyde. He loved to watch sports and was an avid Spurs fan.\r\n\r\nSurvivors include his wife Glenda Pugh of Kerrville; daughter, Michelle Kana of Kerrville; various cousins; nephew, Tony DeRouen and wife Peggy; one great niece, Amy DeRouen; and granddaughter, Shay Kana.\r\n\r\nFuneral services celebrating Clyde's life will be conducted at Grimes Funeral Chapels, 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 30, 2015, with Pastors John Wheat and Chris Christopherson, officiating.
