Charlotte Salzman

Charlotte E. Salzman (Norwood), 81, a long time resident of Pipe Creek, passed away on \r\nApril 07, 2017 in Natalia, Tx. She was born in Medina, Tx. to Henry and Laura Norwood \r\non May 17, 1935. She Married Leon F. Salzman on July 11, 1953 in Hondo, Tx.\r\n\r\nCharlotte is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Leon F. Salzman; grandson, Pace \r\nBrandon Trimble; brothers, Joe Norwood, William Norwood and Henry Norwood.\r\n\r\nShe is survived by her daughters, Debra Lynn Trimble, Charla Ann Ritchie and husband, \r\nWade; sons, Leon Wayne Salzman and wife, Karla, Henry Louis Salzman and wife, Jan;\r\nsister, Nova Ann Langner; brothers, Sherrell Norwood, Gerald Norwood;numerous nieces \r\nand nephews; 16 grandchildren; 14 Great Grandchildren. \r\n\r\nThe family would like extend our deepest gratitude to Mary Alice and her staff at MA Assisted Living in Natalia Tx, for the outstanding care and love that everyone gave to our mother. Mom absolutely loved everyone there and we are so glad she was able to return home and live out her last days where she was the happiest. Thank you, Mary Alice, so very much from the bottom of our hearts. We will never forget how much you did for our mom. Thank you. \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nA Visitation will be held at 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 15, 2017, at Grimes \r\nFuneral Chapels in Bandera.\r\n\r\nFuneral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 15, 2017 at Grimes Chapel- \r\nBandera with Mr. Martin Smith, officiating. Burial will follow at Pipe Creek Cemetery.\r\n\r\nPallbearers will be Randy Norwood, Rhett Chafin, James Trimble, Bill Norwood, Ty \r\nSalzman, Wyatt Salzman, Clinton Salzman and Steven Langner. Honorary pallbearers are Blake Alanis and Caleb Gunnells.\r\n\r\nA Reception will follow at the Pipe Creek Fire House.
