Charles (Mike) Jones, 66, passed away on February 9, 2022, in Center Point, TX.

Charles Michael Jones was born on March 16, 1955 in Cynthiana, Kentucky, to Charlie Jones, Jr and Evelyn Slade.

Mike graduated from Scott County High School in 1973. He was an arborist by trade and ended his career in the pet industry.

Mike married Susan Jones on September 24,1976 in Georgetown, KY. The couple had 10 children, Clarence Michael Jones of Center Point, TX, Keven Douglas (Rebecca) Jones of Georgetown, KY, Amy Lynn (Chris) Caudill of Tallahassee, FL, Lisa Marie (Mike) Burge of Stamping Ground, KY, Christopher Gayle (Lizeth) Jones of Riverview, FL, Amanda Grace (Josh) Ison of Dry Ridge, KY, Andrew Thomas (Brittney) Jones of Lexington, KY, David Alan (Caitlin) Jones of Palm Bay, FL, Timothy Lee (Tanya) Jones of San Antonio, TX and Brandon Tyler (Brittny) Jones of Cincinnati, OH.

They had 15 grandchildren. Seanna Lee Jones, Brianna (Lee) Linder, Alexis Danielle Jones, Keven Douglas Jones, Jr. Sarah Mikhael Caudill, Miles Kegan Caudill, Savannah Nichole Burge, Kaitlyn Grace Slone, Dylan Tyler Slone, Logan Walker Jones, Lucy Isabel Jones, Sophia Jones, Scarlett Jones, Bradley Tatar, and Brooklyn Anlee Jones and 1 great grandchild Cru Ferguson McDonald.

Mike also served in the Navy. He was a Vietnam Veteran.

Mike is survived by Susan Jones - wife, his 10 children, his 15 grandchildren, his great grand child, his father-in-law Clarence Lee, his sister-in-laws Karen Roberts, Beverly Tackett, his cousins Charles Keith Hinton, Carrie Jones Hoover, Randy Jones, and Rob Jones.

Mike is preceded in death by his grandfather and grandmother Charlie Buford (Carrie Bell Havicus) Jones his father and stepmother Charlie Lloyd (Mary Frances) Jones, Jr, his mother Evelyn Slade, his mother-in-law Mamie Lee, his two brother-in-laws Jeffery Roberts and David Tackett.

We will be holding a graveside service for Mr. Charles Michael Jones on Monday, February 14, 2022 at 3 pm at Bandera Cemetery. Officiating the service will be Joalyce Hawkins. Honorary pallbears will be Clarence Michael Jones, David Alan Jones, Timothy Lee Jones, Brandon Tyler Jones, Dylan Tyler Slone, and Chris Caudille.
