Charles F. Fleeman passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at his home after a series of health issues. He was 85 years old.\r\n\r\nCharles Frederick Fleeman was born November 25, 1933 in Erie, Pennsylvania to Margaret H. Stoermer Fleeman and Frederick A. Fleeman. He was united in marriage to Wanda J. Garnes on November 29, 1987 in Nashville, Tennessee.\r\n\r\nCharles served his country honorably as a Marine. He was a veteran of the Korean War, member of the American Legion Post 0345 Austin, Texas and a member of the National Association of Atomic and Nuclear Vets. Charles was also a member of North Bank Lodge No. 182 A.F. & A.M. Washougal, Washington.\r\n\r\nCharles was preceded in death by his parents and his daughter Jeannine Stanley. He is survived by his wife of 31 years Wanda J. Fleeman; his children Kenneth Fleeman, Daniel Fleeman, Thomas Fleeman and Sara Hamilton; Wanda's children James E. Bonson, Jr., Sandra Riley and Gerald L. Bonson; sisters Betty Resinger and Margaret Warren; 6 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; and many extended family members and friends.\r\n\r\nThe family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Jen Bryan (Hospice nurse), Brittany Bonson, Stephanie Mardones, James Bonson, Jr., Bob and Lamar Rodriguez, Pastor Brady Eggleston, the family of Grace Lutheran Church and all who were so supportive and caring during this difficult time.\r\n\r\nA memorial service will be held on Sunday, August 4, 2019 at 1:00 PM at the Holiday Villages Community Center, 234 PR 1523, Bandera, Texas 78003.\r\n\r\nIn lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to The Nagle Clinic or the American Legion, Bandera, Texas.
