Cassandra Tomerlin

Cassandra Tomerlin, 73, of Kerrville, Texas, passed away on Sunday, November 4, 2018 in San Antonio, Texas. She was born in San Antonio, Texas to Nora Alice Williams and Herbert Stone Williams on June 7, 1945. She married Charles E Tomerlin on May 17, 1964 in Seguin, Texas.\r\n\r\nShe went to school in San Antonio, Texas and graduated from Highlands High School. She worked as a Medical Secretary for 15 years. She was a member of The Lower Turtle Creek Sewing Club and was a member of "THE SISTAHS", a women's bible study group at Trinity Baptist Church.\r\n\r\nCassy was preceded in death by her mother and father, Nora Alice and Herbert Stone Williams; and sister, Elizabeth Peters.\r\n\r\nCassy is survived by Charles Tomerlin; her children, Deniece Smith and Cecily Williams; her brothers, Stone Williams and Chris Williams; seven grandchildren; and three great- grandchildren.\r\n\r\nMemorial services will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Grimes Funeral Chapels in Kerrville, Texas.
