Bobby Kay Clark , 70, of Bandera, passed away on Thursday, May 21st . He was was born in Bandera, Tx to Jessie and Lucille Clark on 9-11-1949. He married Joanne Collier on 8-2-1970. They were married for 16 years, had three children, Ricky Dwayne, David Mitchell, and Kimberly Ann. He married Freida Anne Cole/Stevenson on 6-27-1992 in Hesperia, CA who had four children, Andrea Lynne , Lorilei Anne , Shawna DeAnne and Sean Drew. He went to school in Bandera. He enlisted in the Navy and served during the Vietnam war. He was honorably discharged in 1974. He worked as a route salesman most of his life before retiring from Wonder Bread after 35 years. \r\n Bobby is preceded in death by his father, Jessie, his mother, Lucille, Joanne, sister Joyce Ann, brother Dewey, sister, Lydia May, great grand daughter Sophia Rose. Bobby is survived by his wife Freida, 7 children and their 4 spouses, his sister Mary Evelyn Briley, brother Jesse David Clark and brother Allen Dale Clark, 17 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren. He passed away at home with the people he loved and that loved him in return. He was a proud man, an honest man, and a man who never gave up. He loved his family, his friends, the Cowboys, Chevy trucks, and country music. His quick wit and sense of humor will be missed by all. He didn't hesitate to serve his country, never wavered in serving his family, and will undoubtedly do his best in serving the Lord. He leaves us too soon. The loss is immeasurable, but so is the love left behind.\r\n\r\nFuneral Services will be held at the Grimes Funeral Chapels at 1214 Mulberry, Bandera TX 78003, with Pastor Jeff On May 26th, 2020 at 10:00 am, burial will follow at Pipe Creek Cemetery with a reception to start around 1:00 pm at Ridin the River Fellowship Cowboy Church at 5767 TX-173, Bandera TX 78003. Pallbearers will be sons Rick, Sean, and David, grandsons Christian and Jefferey, and son-in-law Chris Owen.\r\nFlowers may be sent to the Grimes Funeral Chapels or donations to Cancer Centers of America.
