Bobbie Jean Winn, 76, of Bandera, passed away on February 14, 2015 in San Antonio. She was born in Howard County, TX., to Edgar and Irene Stephens on March 10, 1938.\r\n\r\nShe Married Charles C. Winn on December 7, 1973 in Juarez, Mexico.\r\n\r\nShe was a great mother and grandmother and she always wanted the best for everyone, wanting them to all to achieve their full potential. We will always remember her beautiful blue eyes that were enhanced by the blue eye shadow and eyelashes. She was a great cook who had a multitude of well organized recipes. She loved gardening and was a canning machine when she got going on it. She loved projects and was never at a loss for something to do. She never met a rock she didn't think need to be moved or a weed that she liked. She loved working at the dentist office with Dr. Gaines and had a wonderful relationship with the patients. She had a passion for life and a laugh that was contagious and will be remembered by all. She loved her family, friends, puppies and husband Charlie. She will be missed by all. \r\n\r\nBobbie is preceded in death by her parents: Irene and Edgar Stephens, grandparents: Joe and Zola Blizzard, Dick and Ada Stephens: sister, Merlene Siriotak and granddaughter, Brandie Genise Garten.\r\n\r\nShe is survived by her husband: Charlie Winn of Bandera, TX., daughters: Sabrina Irene Hammel, Beverly Winn Dyer and Robin Winn Trevino all of San Antonio, TX., sons: Edwin Earl Dickson, Jr. of San Angelo, TX., Larry Winn of Midland, TX., brothers: Charles Stephens and James (Jimmy) Stephens., grandchildren: R. J. Eckard, Shawna Oper Jocius of Arlington, TX., Nicole Dickson of Tyler, TX., Andy Dickson of Houston, TX., Antonio Loya, Andrew Loya. great grandchildren: Carson Eckard and Caylee Eckard of Homer, NY. and Rosie Loya. \r\n\r\nFamily Visitation will be 6-8PM, Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at Grimes Funeral Chapels of Bandera.\r\n\r\nFuneral services will be held 10:30 AM, Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at Grimes Funeral Chapel of Bandera, with the Pastor Jeff Bishop of Cowboy Fellowship, officiating. Burial will follow at Bandera Cemetery.\r\n\r\nPallbearers will be Scott Green, Andy Coppi, Roger Hammel, Paul Hammel, Larry Winn and Mike Jocius.\r\n\r\nMemorials may be made to Ridin' the River Cowboy Fellowship Church, PO Box 2711, Bandera, TX 78003. \r\n\r\n[contact-form-7 id="73" title="Send Condolences"]
