Billie Welch

Billie Jo Welch, age 81 of Kerrville, passed away Thursday, January 8, 2015 in a local hospital. She was born July 28, 1933 in Freer, TX to Otto O. Hill and Inez M. (Webb) Hill. \r\n \r\nShe worked as a bookkeeper for Hunt-Ingram Gas Company for 13 years. \r\n \r\nSurvivors include son, Dale Burkett of Bandera; and nieces and nephews.\r\n \r\nServices will be held Monday, January 12, 2015, 10 AM at Grimes Funeral Chapels in Kerrville.
