Billie Rae Reed, age 77 of Kerrville, passed away Saturday, May 21, 2016 at her residence. The "Time of Rememberance Reception" will be held Sunday, June 12th from 4:00-6:00 pm at the Inn of the Hills restaurant. Arrangements are entrusted to Grimes Funeral Chapels of Kerrville.
