Billie Gayl Blaylock McKinney Gray, 66, of Kerrville, passed away on July 30, 2016 at her home. She was born June 22, 1950 to Billy Frank and Mabel Jay Blaylock in Eldorado, Texas. She graduated from Eldorado High School and continued her education at Baylor University with a BS in Education. She was a retired teacher from KISD. She married Terry Gray on December 10, 2010. They resided in Kerrville.\r\n \r\nBillie is preceded in death by her parents and niece, Mitzi Sessom. She is survived by her husband, Terry; daughter, M'Lissa and Jeremy Schoening; son, Micah and Leslie McKinney; stepson, Matthew and Rachel Gray; stepdaughter, Elizabeth and Jay Pyeatt; siblings, Frankie Hardy, Steve Blaylock, Eva Jo Sessom; grandchildren, Logan and Morgan Schoening, Drake and Fisher McKinney, Landry and Bennett Pyeatt and Lucy Gray; and many nieces, nephews and their children.\r\n \r\nMemorial services will be held 10:30 AM, Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at Trinity Baptist Church in Kerrville with Rev. Dianne Edwards Brown of Texarkana and Rev.
