Betty Fife, 77, of Junction, passed away on February 9, 2016 in Shannon Hospital in San Angelo, Texas. She was born in Lubbock, Texas to Neil and Clara Rose Fleming on August 14, 1938. She married Aubrey Fife on February 24, 1962 in Junction, Texas.\r\n \r\nShe graduated from high school in San Marcos, Texas and graduated from Commonwealth Mortuary School in Houston, Texas and was valedictorian of her class. She worked as an embalmer and funeral director for Aubrey Fife Funerals in Junction.\r\n \r\nShe is preceded in death by her parents, Neil and Clara Rose Fleming, and a daughter, Hope Lynn Fife.\r\n \r\nShe is survived by her husband, Aubrey Fife of Junction, daughters Donna Bode of Argyle, Texas, and Alane Henderson, of San Antonio. She leaves one brother, Rev. William R. Fleming and wife Lou of Lubbock. Also surviving are grandchildren Burt Bode and wife Sherrie of Corinth, Texas, Brandon Bode and wife Shannon of Ft Worth, Texas, Byron Bode and wife Allison of Roanoke, Texas, Kelly Kane and husband Brian of San Antonio, and Aaron Moore and wife Roxanne of San Antonio. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren: Emily Bode, Grace Jestis, Zach Bode, Ava Jestis, Aubrey Megan Bode, Jack Jestis, Blake Ashleigh Bode, Parker Jane Bode, Aubrey Elizabeth Moore, and Patrick Miles Kane.\r\n \r\nVisitation will be on Friday, February 12th from 5-7 PM at the Fellowship room in the Annex of College Street Church of Christ in Junction.\r\n \r\nFuneral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, February 13, 2016 at the College Street Church of Christ in Junction with King Burney and Brandon Pierce officiating. Burial will follow at the Junction Cemetery.\r\n \r\nPallbearers will be Burt Bode, Brandon Bode, Byron Bode, Aaron Moore, Brian Kane, and Dave White.\r\n \r\nMemorials may be made to the charity of your choice.\r\n \r\n
