Barbara Dean Dill, 76, a resident of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Kerrville, Texas passed away on Saturday, October 11, 2014, in Kerrville, Texas. Barbara was born in Picher, Oklahoma to Ray Dean and Elmarie Button Mitchell on February 11, 1938. Barbara married Richard Dill on July 1, 1956 in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.\r\n \r\nBarbara was a successful builder of homes and apartments. She was one of the first female home builders in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was actively involved with several home building associations and her homes were a repeat selection to the annual home builders parade of homes. Barbara attended school in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.\r\n \r\nBarbara is preceded in death by her father, Ray Dean Mitchell, and her mother, Elmarie Button Mitchell.\r\n \r\nBarbara is survived by her husband, Richard Dill; her two sons, Brian and wife Judy of Dallas, and Rian and wife Christie of Kerrville; her sister, Patricia Brack; and her four grandchildren, Alexander, McKenzie, Riley, and Rebecca.\r\n \r\nVisitation will be 5-7 pm on Tuesday, October 14th at Grimes Funeral Chapels, 728 Jefferson, Kerrville, TX 78028.\r\n \r\nFuneral services will be at 2 pm on Wednesday, October 15th at Grimes Funeral Chapels with Rev. Phillip Hoeflinger of First United Methodist Church of Kerrville, officiating.
