Aaron Ashton Hughes, born April 5th, 1995. He went to be with his Lord our Savior on June 13th, 2015.\r\n \r\nAshton was a kind-hearted young man who always was helping others with a constant smile on his face.\r\n \r\nHe was a 2013 Ingram HS graduate. He attended Blinn Junior College for the past 2 years. He wanted to be an Aggie and planned to attend TAMU in the Spring of 2016. Ashton was a Christian who always put others first. He never had a bad thing to say about anyone. He had a love of exotic cars and motorcycles. He had a passion of buying and building guns, and shooting at the range with his family. The love of his life was Crystal Calhoun. He and Crystal dated for the past four years and were always with each other. Ashton was also loved and gave his love to the Calhoun family with whom he had a very special connection.\r\n \r\nAshton is survived by his father, David Michael Hughes Jr, mother, Shari Miller Hughes, sister, Bethany (22), brother Jayden (14) and sister Abigail (11), grandmother, Betty Miller, grandmother Louise Love, grandfather and grandmother, Mike and Elizabeth Hughes of Ingram, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.\r\n \r\nAshton and Crystal were involved in the Best Buddies program in College Station. Over the past few weeks Ashton was approved for a kidney transplant on behalf of his Aunt Sherry who needed a kidney. Ashton had signed up to be an organ donor and over the past days has saved 7 lives with his organs and many more through tissue donation.\r\n \r\nA celebration of Ashton's life and a meal at the Citywest Church in Ingram at approximately 11:30 AM on Saturday, June 20, 2015. There will be a slide show and time for anyone who wishes to express their love for Ashton.\r\n \r\nIn lieu of flowers, please consider giving to the Ashton Hughes ITM Tennis Scholarship at the Wells Fargo Bank Ingram.\r\n \r\nThank you all for your love and prayers - David, Shari, Bethany, Jayden and Abby\r\n \r\n[contact-form-7 id="73" title="Send Condolences"]
