Anita Medrano, age 58 of Arlington, Texas, passed away on October 2, 2015 in Arlington. She was born to David Medrano and Eudivigen Ayala on January 2, 1957.\r\n \r\nAnita is preceded in death by her father, David Medrano; paternal grandparents, Don Juan Medrano and Cecilia A. Medrano; maternal grandparents, Crescencio Ayala and Maria Vara; uncles, Pablo Ayala and Ramon Ayala of Kerrville, Bruno Ayala of San Antonio and Natividad Delgado of California; aunts, Delia Espinosa of California, Maribel Ayala and Juanita Ayala of San Antonio; brother in law, Victor Olvera and sister in law, Martha Ann Ontiveros Zavala.\r\n \r\nShe is survived by son, Emilio Vincent Medrano; mother, Eudivigen Zavala; sisters, Amelia Aguero and husband, Juan, Adela Aguero and husband, Roberto and Elizabeth Zavala of Arlington, TX, Sarah Zavala of North Richland Hills and Alicia Reyes and husband, Martin of Kerrville; brothers, Juan Zavala and wife, Relles, Marcos, Eddie and Richard Zavala; uncles, Valentin Medrano of Kerrville and Antonio Ayala of Ft. Worth; aunts, Jesusa Medrano Madrid of Kerrville, Margarita Menchaca of California, Sulema Sandoval of Kerrville and Gloria Castillega of Ft. Worth; and countless nieces and nephews.\r\n \r\nRosary will be Thursday, October 8, 2015, 6 PM at Grimes Funeral Chapels.\r\n \r\nFuneral services will be held at 10 AM, Friday, October 9, 2015 at Notre Dame Catholic Church with Father Scott Janysek of Notre Dame, officiating. Burial will follow at Mountain View Cemetery.\r\n
