Angelina Varela Berumen, age 60, of Kerrville, passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2015, at her\r\nresidence.\r\n\r\nShe was born on March 12, 1955, in Durango, Mexico to Alfredo and Maria Paula Tellez\r\nVarela. Angelina was a longtime employee of James Avery Craftsman. She was a wonderful mother\r\nand grandmother. Angelina was a faithful member of Notre Dame Catholic Church and the\r\nGuadalupana Society. She was always a great friend and great listener, and loved having people over\r\nand delighting them with her cooking. She was a woman of such strong faith, who saw all the little\r\nmiracles in life that others could not recognize. Angelina will be greatly missed.\r\n\r\nShe is survivedby her daughters, Raquel Rodelo and husband Gerardo of Kerrville, and Amanda Berumen of Dallas;\r\nson, Agustin Berumen and wife Juana of San Antonio; sisters, Guadalupe Varela of Irving, TX, and\r\nJuana Najera and Jesus of Ft. Worth; brothers, Manuel Varela, Geronimo Varela, and Audencio\r\nVarela, all of Durango, MX; aunt, Maria De La Luz Tellez of Monterrey, MX; grandchildren,\r\nGerardo Uriel Rodelo, Christian Alfredo Rodelo, Bianca Pilar Rodelo, Raquel Angelli Rodelo,\r\nYadira Alejandra Berumen, and Paul Joel Mireles; great-grandchildren, Jesus Romeo Rodelo and\r\nEmmy Olivia Rodelo, and numerous nieces and nephews.\r\n\r\nA rosary will be recited on Tuesday, November 10, 7 PM at Grimes Funeral Chapel in Kerrville.\r\nA Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, November 11, 2015, at 2 PM at Notre Dame Catholic Church in Kerrville.\r\nInterment will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery.\r\n \r\nArrangments are entrusted to Grimes Funeral Chapels of Kerrville. \r\n
