Alice Gulledge

Mrs. Alice Claire Gulledge, age 92, of Mountain Home, passed away Sunday, September 29, 2018. She was born May 3, 1926 in Houston to Lawton Joe Eager and Nellie Katherine Chesnutt Eager. She was married to her beloved husband, Edwin Gulledge, for 69 years until he passed away in 2016.\r\n\r\nMrs. Gulledge loved fishing and traveling with her husband, gardening, and collecting ceramics, although her favorite was spending time with her family.\r\n\r\nSurvivors include her son, Michael Gulledge (Kay) of Mountain Home; three grandchildren, Travis Gulledge (Tarasa), Corey Gulledge (Lindsey), and Eron Kammer (Samantha); and her four great-grandchildren, Tristyn, Tatum, K.C. and Cayden.\r\n\r\nVisitation will be held from 5-7 pm, Thursday, October 4, 2018 at Grimes Funeral Chapels in Kerrville, Texas.\r\n\r\nGraveside services will be held at 10 am, Friday, October 5, 2018, at Sunset Cemetery in Mountain Home, Texas, officiated by Dr. Joe Taylor.\r\n\r\n
