Agnes Rosalee Odom passed away at her home in Lakehills on Thursday, March 7, 2019. She was 93 years old. Agnes was born February 28, 1926 in Bandera County to Wilhemina Zinsmeister Haby and Arnold Haby. \r\n\r\nShe was part of the Greatest Generation and grew up during the Depression. On December 5, 1943 she was united in marriage to Loice Wade Odom in San Antonio, Texas. They were married for 45 years until he passed away. The couple lived their married life in San Antonio until their children were grown and Mrs. Odom's parents needed assistance. At that time, the couple moved back to Bandera County. They were faithful members of Lakehills United Methodist Church.\r\n\r\nShe was preceded in death by her parents; her brother Howard Haby; her husband Loice; her daughter Joyce Odom and her son Kenneth Odom. \r\n\r\nAgnes is survived by her granddaughter Tonya Odom and her husband Corey Lipsey who were her primary care givers; sister in law Estelle Odom as well as other extended family members and treasured friends.\r\n\r\nAll who are able are welcome to attend a memorial service at Lakehills United Methodist Church on Thursday, March 14, 2019 at 3:00 PM. Pastor Celia Halfacre will officiate.
